ACCEPTABLE USE

Generally permitted

Lawfully owned or represented real estate, vehicles, track and off-road vehicles, boats, aircraft, art, collectibles, jewelry, watches, equipment, electronics, instruments, fashion, business assets, domain names and transferable digital property may generally be submitted.

Property subject to use restrictions may be listed when possession and advertising are lawful and material restrictions are disclosed accurately. A vehicle being track-only or not represented as street legal does not by itself make the listing prohibited.

Prohibited

Listings may not offer illegal drugs or controlled substances, stolen property, counterfeit goods represented as authentic, fraudulent identity documents, stolen credentials, unauthorized accounts, malware, sexual services, unlawful wildlife products, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous contraband or other property or services whose possession, advertising or transfer would be unlawful.

Treasure Chest may reject or remove any listing that creates legal, safety, fraud, payment-provider, intellectual-property or platform risk, even when a category is not specifically named above.

Rights and authority

A submitter must own the property or have authority from the owner to advertise it. Digital-property listings must be transferable under the rights, licenses and platform terms that govern them.
