LISTING PURCHASE TERMS

What the Seller Membership purchases

The standard Treasure Chest Seller Membership is $99/month for a 30-day publication term after approval. The standard minimum estimated property value is $1,000. Treasure Chest may manually approve lower-value property when its rarity, scarcity, historical interest or unusual character makes it appropriate for the catalogue. The Seller Membership purchases publication only. Payment does not purchase the advertised property, guarantee inquiries or guarantee a sale.

Independent property transactions

Treasure Chest does not process the purchase price of listed property, accept deposits for listing owners, hold funds in escrow, pay sellers, arrange financing, conduct closings, provide shipping or settle transactions between users.

Any property transaction occurs independently between the listing owner and interested party.

Review before publication

Submissions may be reviewed for compliance, accuracy, transferability, safety and platform suitability. Submission alone does not create a public listing.

Refund terms

Treasure Chest listing-service purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or where an expressly stated remedy applies to an unauthorized, duplicate or materially undelivered purchase.

Underlying property

Treasure Chest makes no automatic representation that a listed object is authentic, accurately valued, free of liens, safe, street legal, suitable for a particular use or legally transferable. Parties are responsible for independent diligence and appropriate professional advice.
