PURCHASE TERMS

Rules that apply whenever money changes hands.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable except where applicable law requires otherwise or where an authorized remedy applies to an unauthorized, duplicate, or materially undelivered transaction.

Before you pay

The offer, price, immediate benefits, development status, material limitations and these Purchase Terms must be presented before payment. Checkout may require affirmative acceptance of the Terms of Service.

THE ATELIER

$1,000 purchases Founding Supporter status and a priority-access position. $15,000 purchases Founding Patron status and a higher priority-access position. Both are one-time development-support purchases. Neither tier promises a launch date or presently available AI usage.

THE PALATINE

Qualifying Patronage begins at $1,000. Patronage can create the stated Registry record, Patron credential and qualifying House recognition, but does not guarantee admission.

RelicDock

Relic purchases provide the specific issue, provenance and status benefits stated at purchase. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks can reverse associated status and Registry benefits.

Chargebacks and mandatory rights

Nothing here prevents a cardholder from raising a legally valid unauthorized-payment or payment-network dispute. Knowingly false disputes, fraud or abuse may result in suspension and preservation of evidence.
