Submit property for review. Approval is not guaranteed. An active $99/month Seller Membership is required to submit listings. Membership includes up to five listing submissions during each billing period. Every submission remains subject to review. The normal minimum estimated value is $1,000. Genuinely rare or unusual property below that value may request manual exception review. Treasure Chest never processes the sale of the listed property.

Every submission is still reviewed. Membership does not guarantee approval, a buyer or a sale. Treasure Chest does not process the underlying transaction.
