PRIVACY POLICY
A restrained data policy for the House and its services.
Information we may process
Account and contact information, transaction records, Registry information, status history, provenance records, support communications, security logs, legal-consent records and information necessary to operate a requested service.
Payments
Payment-card information is handled by payment processors rather than intentionally stored as raw card data by House applications.
Invitation outreach
Professional contact information used for House invitations must come from an allowed source such as information supplied to us, a prior relationship, an opt-in source or an official public professional contact channel. The system maintains source information and suppression records. It is not designed to harvest private addresses or evade platform restrictions.
Purpose
Information may be used to provide services, maintain THE REGISTRY, prevent fraud, reconcile payments, operate access controls, answer requests, meet legal obligations and send lawful communications where permitted.
Opt-out
Marketing recipients can opt out through the method presented in the communication. Suppressed marketing addresses are retained as needed to ensure the opt-out remains honored.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, provenance, financial records, fraud prevention, legal obligations and legitimate House interests, subject to applicable law.
