REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Clear before payment. Consistent after payment.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
This policy applies except where applicable law creates a
non-waivable refund or cancellation right, or where we
determine a transaction was unauthorized, duplicated, or an
expressly purchased immediate item or benefit was not
delivered as described.
No change-of-mind refunds
A change of mind, failure to use an available benefit, dissatisfaction with future discretionary opportunities, or failure to obtain House admission does not by itself create a refund right where the purchased immediate benefits were accurately described and delivered.
Development support
THE ATELIER Founding Development Access is sold with explicit notice that the AI service is not yet publicly available. The immediate purchase is the specified Founding credential and priority-access position, not a guaranteed launch date.
Required exceptions
This policy does not override applicable statutory rights, fraud protections, duplicate-charge remedies, valid unauthorized-payment claims, or other rights that cannot be lawfully waived.
