TERMS OF SERVICE
House-wide terms for THE PALATINE and participating House-owned services.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of THE PALATINE, RelicDock, THE ATELIER and other House-owned services that expressly incorporate these Terms. NULLFORM and THE TREASURE CHEST do not presently accept public purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Additional eligibility, identity, location or compliance requirements may apply.
3. Separate House decisions
A payment, Patronage record, Relic acquisition, Founding Supporter credential or other commercial transaction does not guarantee admission to THE PALATINE, event placement, social access, access to another person, investment rights, ownership, profit participation or returns unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
4. THE ATELIER development phase
THE ATELIER bot service is in development. A Founding Development Access purchase immediately provides the applicable verified Founding Supporter or Founding Patron credential and priority-access position. It does not purchase a currently available AI service and does not guarantee a launch date, feature set, usage volume, uninterrupted availability, commercial result or permanent service.
5. Patronage
Palatine Patronage is non-investment House support. It is not a charitable donation, security, ownership interest or promise of financial return. Patronage is not an application fee. The Registry record and stated Patronage recognition are the immediate benefits described at purchase. Admission remains a separate House decision.
6. Relics
Relics are collectible/provenance products and status-bearing House items as expressly described. They are not securities or investments and no appreciation, resale value, liquidity or return is promised.
7. Conduct
The House does not police lawful adult behavior. It does police consent, coercion, safety, violence, harassment, exploitation, theft, property damage, fraud and conduct that puts other members or the House at serious risk.
8. Third parties
Payments, hosting, communications and other infrastructure may be provided by third parties such as payment processors. Their separate terms may also apply.
9. No unlawful waiver
Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Statutory consumer rights, valid unauthorized-payment remedies and other mandatory rights remain available where applicable.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated prospectively. The version accepted at checkout is recorded for qualifying transactions.
11. Contact and legal operator
The legal operator and applicable business contact information are those identified on the relevant House site, checkout statement or payment receipt. Live launch remains subject to final operator/legal review.
